FAQ

Questions,
answered.

Do I need experience?

No. Tell us on the form what you'd like to learn or try out on set, and we'll match you accordingly — most of our crew started with zero credits.

What's the time commitment?

It varies by role. Shoots are typically a weekend; beyond that, the Club runs a monthly meeting, a table read, and rotating workshops and screenings you can dip into whenever suits.

Do I need to live in West Yorkshire?

Most productions and meetups are based in West Yorkshire, but you don't have to live locally to apply — tell us your location on the form and we'll let you know what's realistic.

Is it paid?

Not currently — productions are unpaid, though food and snacks are provided on set. It's a genuine way to build a reel and real set experience alongside a growing regional network.

What happens after I submit the form?

You'll land on a thank-you page, and we'll be in touch within about a week — sooner if there's a live call that matches what you're after.

Is there a safety policy on set?

Yes — every shoot has a named point of contact for cast and crew welfare. See Safety & Conduct for details.

How do I find out about live casting and crew calls?

Check the Live Calls section on the Talent Network page, or join the WhatsApp group when you apply — that's where new calls get shared first.
