PRIVACY
Your data, plainly.
We're a small, volunteer-run collective, not a data company — this page says exactly what we collect when you join the Talent Network, why, and how to have it removed. No legal jargon.
What we collect
When you fill in the Talent Network form: your name, email, phone number, primary role, location, availability, and — if you choose to share them — a portfolio link and any message you add. If you tick the WhatsApp box, we also use your number to add you to our WhatsApp group.
Why we collect it
Purely to match you against live casting and crew calls, and to keep you posted about table reads, workshops, and screenings. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Only the Untitled Filmmakers team, for the purposes above. We don't sell it. We store form submissions with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Airtable (database), Zoho (email and file storage) and Netlify (website hosting). If you tell us you're under 18, we ask for a parent or guardian's agreement and will contact them rather than you directly.
How long we keep it
While you're an active or prospective member of the network. If you'd like your details removed at any point — whether you've been cast in something or not — just ask.
Volunteering and crew calls
If you apply to volunteer with us, or answer a crew call for a production, we collect your name, email, phone number, location, the role you're applying for, and whatever you choose to tell us about yourself. We use it only to consider you for that role and to contact you about it. Volunteer roles are for people aged 18 or over. We keep these details while you're an active or prospective applicant or volunteer, and delete them whenever you ask.
Your say in it
Email info@untitledfilmmakers.com any time to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted.
