We're a small, volunteer-run collective, not a data company — this page says exactly what we collect when you join the Talent Network, why, and how to have it removed. No legal jargon.

What we collect

When you fill in the Talent Network form: your name, email, phone number, primary role, location, availability, and — if you choose to share them — a portfolio link and any message you add. If you tick the WhatsApp box, we also use your number to add you to the Club's WhatsApp group.

Why we collect it

Purely to match you against live casting and crew calls, and to keep you posted about table reads, workshops, and screenings. Nothing else.

Who sees it

Only the Untitled Filmmakers Club team, for the purposes above. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with third parties.

How long we keep it

While you're an active or prospective member of the Club. If you'd like your details removed at any point — whether you've been cast in something or not — just ask.
