SAFETY & CONDUCT

Looking after
everyone on set.

We're a volunteer-run collective, not a studio with a formal HR department — but that doesn't mean nobody's responsible for how people are treated on our sets. Here's what that looks like in practice.

A named point of contact

Every shoot has someone responsible for cast and crew welfare, not just the schedule. Right now that's usually Madiha Ansari, our Creative Consultant and the Club's champion for set safety and member training — if anything about a shoot doesn't feel right, you can raise it with her directly, no questions asked.

Before you turn up

We'll tell you what a shoot involves before you commit to it — schedule, location, and anything about the scene that's physically or emotionally demanding. If a role calls for anything specialist, we'll say so up front rather than surprise you on the day.

Raising a concern

Something happened that you want to flag — on set, at a table read, or anywhere else Club-related — email info@untitledfilmmakers.com or message us on WhatsApp. We take every report seriously and in confidence.

This page reflects where we are as a small, growing collective — it'll get more formal as the Club does. Questions or suggestions on it are always welcome.
